Your story will naturally be a part of other stories as you write yourself into the collective story. You will play roles in the stories of others. Your story will be a sub-plot in the stories of others.

Your stories have many sources. The mass media feeds you stories and enhances those you already possess. Your stories can also be used to re-live memories.

Your stories connect or disconnect you to the stories of others.

Your stories are a part of your inner life. When you share them with others by mediating them they become a part of your outer life whether you do this by vocalizing them or writing them out. You will spend time writing others into your life-story.

A diary or journal will help you to create and understand those stories that hold your life together and connect you to a larger collective world.
